Brand Safety Content Analyst

Department: Legal
Location: Los Angeles, CA

In this role, you will assist with safety review efforts for the production of our original series and translated content. You must be detail-oriented, visual, and self-motivated with strong verbal and written communications skills. Bilingual in Korean and/or Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review content in production, conduct research on topics and themes presented in the story, and prepare reports of potential brand safety concerns.  
  • Work with editors, producers, and localization coordinators on revisions and assist with conducting quality control on episodes scheduled for publication.   
  • Conduct research, track and analyze trends on content policies and sensitive socio-cultural topics. 

Requirements

  • Education: Recent graduate in Media Studies, Community Studies, Journalism, Sociology or related fields
  • Interested in diversity and inclusion, content policy, compliance, and/or internet governance
  • Excellent research, writing and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently, and culturally aware of trends and pop culture in the United States, Latin America, and South Korea
  • Strong proficiency with technology: MS Office, Sharepoint
  • Must have experience working with a multicultural company
