Operations and Accounting Associate, Content

Responsibilities
  • Assist with vendor and partner registration as well as operations related communications
  • Track and manage service agreement invoices and payments owed to WEBTOON vendors
  • Manage and update creator databases with information upon request and as a part of regular database management
  • Track and record vendor contract status and extract necessary contract information for operational purposes
  • Coordinate with multiple teams for planning purposes
  • Build workflows to maximize efficiency related to payment process and information
  • Receive, catalog, and prioritize payment and contract issues and escalate to relevant parties for correction
  • Help with creation of internal standard operating procedure documents and other internal team documentation
  • Ad Hoc operational duties as necessary
Minimum Requirements
  • Proficient or better in Microsoft Excel
  • At least 1 year in business operations or finance-related role
  • Associates Degree, or higher education, in Business Administration or similar major
  • High attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with different levels within the organization
  • Ability to work with and organize detailed information (financial data, operations data, client information, etc.) and maintain confidential information
  • Strong comfort level prioritizing and managing a high volume of work
  • Focused self-starter who can pivot easily from routine work to Ad Hoc projects
