Operations Associate, Lifecycle Management

The Lifecycle Management Department is looking for an Operations Associate to join WEBTOON’s Los Angeles headquarters. The Lifecycle Management Department is responsible for user retention and revenue at WEBTOON. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that promotional events are registered and running smoothly within the WEBTOON app 
  • Coordinate with data analysis and business leads to conduct A/B testing with in-app placements  
  • Uploading and reviewing ORIGINALS content prior to publishing 
  • Registering and scheduling promotional assets within the WEBTOON platform 
  • Enforcing Brand Safety guidelines for the promotional assets 
  • Assisting editorial programming on the WEBTOON platform 
  • Identify key moments in ORIGINALS to promote within the WEBTOON platform 
  • Writing copy, identifying recipients, and scheduling push notifications 
  • Creating and updating documentation for new features 

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business, Data Science or related field 
  • 2-3 years of quantitative data analysis experience 
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills 
  • Strong copywriting and copyediting skills 
  • Quick to adopt new processes 
  • Practical knowledge in storytelling
