Human Resources Coordinator

  • Assist in talent acquisition duties, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
  • Manage onsite candidate experiences with company culture in mind.
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding and off-boarding, preparing any necessary paperwork and updating information systems in a timely manner.
  • Support with organizing, monitoring, and auditing information pertaining to human resource programs, including but not limited to 401k, benefits, and leave of absence.
  • Verify, enter and track HR transactions and employee changes into our HRIS system.
  • Work with the HR team to draft company-wide announcements and memos.
  • Collaborate with our Office Coordinator to plan, budget and execute fun and engaging employee events.
  • Aid in expense management by reviewing and processing submissions.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and modern technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Provide support for employee issues with professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and a positive attitude, and know when to escalate more complex issues to the proper HR Business Partner.
  • Perform special projects and help with technical support, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelorís Degree in HR, Business Administration or Psychology preferred.
  • A minimum of two years HR-related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Strong relationship builder, empathetic with good business judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Resilient to change and the ability to roll with an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously or in a team setting.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
